Our security company history is rooted in a deep understanding of real-world risks. AMS Security as an organization was founded in 2008 by a group of police officers from the City of Fishers. Originally, our law enforcement founders started the company to support and protect themselves while working off-duty security jobs. With firsthand experience in the field, they quickly recognized the critical need for a higher standard of security services—one built on real training, accountability, and professionalism rather than untrained personnel merely filling a role. Today, our business is still owned and operated by individuals with law enforcement backgrounds who intimately understand the demands and risks of the environments we serve.
